1. If your company is as great as the PRs and officer proclaim, they should be buying stock of the company when the stock pps is almost zero. Right? lol

2. Issued stock to officers are not subject to the r/s that take place after the dumping of millions of shares for GS toxic dilution. It is common sense to show shareholder friendly activity after you just used the value of common to pay down bad toxic debt from years ago.
