I understand. It was a difficult 10-K for us to put out. I will tell you that it was the last 10-K under the previous leadership of the Company and I think you will be pleased as we execute the turnaround.
We tried to hold the 10-K open to report the following information, but actually had to file it so we could finish this settlement. We just posted this 8-K a few minutes ago:

This represents the settlement of a major lawsuit which has held us back from getting funding in the past and is a major accomplishment for our company. We will have more news next week.
