The CEO of another company once told me years ago. The most difficult part of his job was to give shareholders a timeframe when someone else will do something.
In this case I'm sure CureKorea told HJOE the TV ads would start in September. So that's what the company told us since to the best of their knowledge that's when they would start. For whatever reason CureKorea decided they wanted to make some changes. HJOE really has no control over this and can only relay what they are told at the time.

National TV ads for #SouthKorea after editing and another ad shoot will be set to kick off around mid October we will release the Trailer!
