Interesting when they reached the agreement in principle and drafted a Term Sheet on 10/5/2017

This is the same day as the Strikeforce phone conference with the judge regarding Duo.
Also interesting is: Plaintiff StrikeForce Technologies, Inc. (“StrikeForce”), and Defendants Entrust, Inc., Entrust DataCard Corporation, and Cygnacom Solutions, Inc. (collectively, “Entrust”), hereby jointly move this Court to stay this litigation through October 27, 2017.
The day after the airing of New to the street broadcast.... I believe Entrust is a private company.....rm?
As the new cyber security ecosystem is refined, looks like we have made the FOLD....
