For all we know another company has or is in the process of making an offer on the wholly owned ITKH susidiary Big Rhino. Since the company is a Pink Sheet (Non SEC reporting) a LOI is not an 8K event for ITKH. Big Rhino IMO is an attractive target for another advertising agency who wishes to grow through acquisition strategy.
The payout on such a sale would be very handsome for ITKH shareholders.
Perhaps a hedge fund has bought a huge chunk of ITKH shares because their analysts see Big Rhino as a fruit thats ready for harvest.
It would also make a lot of sense as to why ITKH announced a few months ago they were going through the process of becoming fully reporting. A audited balance sheet for Big Rhino would be a prerequisite for such a sale.
