awesome case. sounds like they'll have to accept that magna will just get a slap on the wrist again it seems like but... the case really cuts to the heart of illegal naked shorting BS! that has been so hard to prove. this wave of litigation coming around naked shorting will someday be even more lucrative which will lead to more litigation and to less naked shorting in the future i hope. love this trend. i think it was just too amorphous and difficult to prove until recently
