Tiger...If it was being built in Ca., I would be driving "Your Bus" in total agreement...But this is a currently desolate, arid area where water wasn't previously known to exist, But It Is There, and a Lot of it...!!!!!...And The Mexican Government will do nothing but applaud the development.

What is Far more critical, imo, is the World Economy....Where the key is to get some solid commitments from developers to build the resorts. That will be the key.
