No surprises in the 10K... RMHB really needs to find a top notch National Sales Manager and get this train back on it's tracks. It's all about making Sales and creating distribution networks. Fiscal year 2017 was a failure in accomplishing that goal.
There was no talk about in the 10K about the acquisition mentioned by Michael Welch a few weeks ago. That is understandable because those events happened after the end of the June 30th. 2017 fiscal year.
Rocky needs to fix it's problems right away if they wish to survive and that also includes rekindling the relationship with LSW holdings.
