I was wondering all along what happened to Lily Li's infusion of money. The report states that although Li and Grisaffi stated that the funds were a condition of the sale, they somehow forgot to write that into the contract. In other words, they defrauded us, the shareholders. Delete this if you must, but I guarantee, they WILL be held accountable.
