The people on here own and have held 100's of thousands of shares and some hold millions of shares.
I really do encourage you to do your D&D... there is a lot of great people out there who have made this process easy.
The good thing about this board is that if you tell us what you have already done and what you are looking for you will likely get someone to answer your question with facts and links. But I would encourage you to consider the audience here... these are long time investors so asking a question like do you think this will go back up is like asking why didn't you sell at over 3 dollars. The answer is very easy to figure out. Even 3 dollars is undervalued from what OWCPs potential is.
Fortunately for you it's entirely likely you will get in at a great price and be able to go on the ride back to multi-dollar land if you chose to.
Only you know your own risk reward tolerances.
