Until they get financing, they can do nothing. Look at the last financial report for the period ended on Mar. 31, 2017. They have no money. I shudder to think what kind of short term toxic funding has been going. Sales revenues are too low to keep the doors open, so money is coming from somewhere while a financing package is worked out.
