here's one reason besides yesterday's *legal* .. (sarcasm) maintenance of 1.2M~
note the 90 day avg ..
$IPIX .. Volume 100,861
Volume (10 day Average) 163,548
Volume (90 day Average) 199,894
NR is literally stuck .. with only a few *options* available .. most of which they *cant* CONtroll
so relentless compression .. with mostly rolling resets done between colluding entities becomes the *norm*
there is nothing normal about IPIX's *trading*
