"Each day closer to the third being completed." Does this mean that they still have not entered the testing phase for the third processor, or does it mean that it is built, being tested, and getting closer to being used for production? If the former that means they have not started testing the new component that will remove petcoke. And that is one of the big questions remaining - how well that component works.
