(OTC: ORHB) this morning announced the addition of Dr. Vikram Udani to its advisory board in order to help lead its aggressive deployment strategy. Dr. Udani currently serves as the medical director of neurosurgery for the Laurel Amtower Cancer Institute and Neuro-Oncology Center in San Diego, California.
