It depends on how many eyes are on this ticker and the longs exit points. Everyone has a different exit strategy.
I believe if most longs hold through a few settlements and there is allot of buying pressure. $0.1+/- then settle to $0.05ish then any news will take it up or down. Depending on size of settlements and if royalties come into play.
This is what I'm looking for if there is a dismissal of all claims.
I've seen intial reaction of 30X increase on a dismissal on 100% of the claims.
This is a tough one to predict because of all the possable catalysts. Could go much higher.
