Let me add some more negative sentiment, but this time no supposition or speculation, but just facts that don't appear on the great DD board.
Annual report should have been filed Sep.29th at the latest. Nothing yet, not even a notice of late filing which grants an additional 15 days, which could delay it until next Friday.
Hence the OTC labels NTEK now a "Dark or Defunct stock".
Last year they reported late too (Oct.3rd), but didn't bother to file a notification of late filing.
In 2015 they requested a delay, because of "staffing limitations". Published annuals on Oct.4th.
In 2014 the annual report was published on Sep. 29th, the limit date.
In 2013, it was published way ahead of the limit date, on Aug.14th. It took them only 6 weeks after the the ending of the FY.
Looks to me like it's going from bad to worse each year.
Meanwhile, utter silence from the company.
