I don't place that much importance in a TSX listing, I believe that anyone looking for any sort of collaborative agreement, at least regarding the cream, will wait for trial results. Of course it's not beyond the capability of some companies to spy on what's happening in a trial. This is a small trial and as far as I know it's all being done in one place, it probably wouldn't take much effort to learn what's happening with a few of the patients in the trial.

That said, I believe that OWCP has an even better feeling about what's happening as it was the clinicians that encouraged the expansion in the trial as I gather it. The clinicians may not supply them with a blow by blow description of what's happening, but I would suggest they demonstrate their enthusiasm rather routinely.
