Instead of a bunch of shareholders paying to transfer there shares to cert form....Would you guys / girls not be better off pooling that money together and trying to oust the current CEO?

I feel that would be a much more productive use of money!

Or maybe pool your money together, donate some time and fix "the beast" yourselves since Rick has no intentions of doing that?
