It Went up instead because the insurance companies made sure that happened so they would not have to take care of poor people with pre existing conditions 8th. Its all the same game. Follow the money.
Insurance, Oil, Nra ect ect ect.... They supply the funds to keep the old guard in power and that includes democrats as well as repubs.
