Why a lot of Hollywood moved a lot of their production to Michigan a few years ago.
Distant cousin is a huge realtor in Sacramento.... She seems pretty centrist
Maybe seems if just a split ... South becomes a fenced welfare state ? Don't see a lot of new investment going into south...
