I admit I got the terms "royalty" and "franchise" mixed up and since I do read the other board I can't be sure where I heard the terms, but as you pointed out I am sure they were from nefarious posters.

I always knew that Leo wanted to get continuing royalties on all applications of all our products. I also mix up, erroneously, the terms "licensing" and "selling" a drug. I was aware we would get royalties on all products so outright selling was never in my thoughts.

I have to become a lot more precise in my wording. That is why I don't post questions like this on the other board.

Last opinion I will make is that I don't see any partnership prior to Prurisol results so that Leo knows exactly the prospects for both drugs so that he can determine which drug to license to BP now and which to hold in reserve for further advancement of trials. My own thought is to license Prurisol and keep B longer as it could have a long life of finding new uses for it.
