Business alliance news will be soon, IMHO. OWCP will alert their suitors about the new research data, prior to publication - when the Journal has reviewed and accepted the research article(s). The Suitor Companies absolutely want their company associated with published research articles. By end of October makes sense to me, but no later than mid-November for the OWCP hammers to drop?
