Good point. Other ideas:
1) Buy from a self-directed after tax IRA. - No tax at all on gains
2) Buy from a regular pre-tax IRA then taxed on the rate when you pull it out.
I have plenty of onci in both. Plan it being the early retirement (since I am close to the age of being able to pull it out.
