$61,500,000 IN SETTLEMENTS

This is the Number that Baffic was throwing around on lie hub yesterday.

Here is how that number came about.

According to the Litigation Financing SFOR will have to pay back $7,500,000.

$1,500,000 in one intial payback amount. Followed by $6,000,000 payed back at 10% of every dollar in settlements.

So heres the math:

$61,500,000 in settlements - $1,500,000 initial payback amount = $60,000,000

$60,000,000 - $6,000,000 (10% for the balance of the loan) = $54,000,000

Attorney fees (assuming 100% contingency):
$61,500,000 X 45%+/- = $27,675,000

So whats left for SFOR after attorneys and the bulk of the LF is paid:
$61,500,000 - $27,675,000 (AF) - $7,500,000 (LF) = $26,325,000

So SFOR is in a position to only pay litigation money back if settlements occur.

So after the two Litigation Financing companies did their DD, they and SFOR wrote the payback structure (IMO) noted in the 8-k and calculated above.

This can only mean one thing that SFOR, BR, R&G and the LF's are all in agreement that the numbers above must be the begining numbers of the settlements.

THESE ARE HUGE NUMBERS BEING ANTICIPATED.

SFOR could be net $26,325,000 within the next few settlements.
