Most of those shares were supposed to originally have converted last Spring, but didn't. They never issued a pr and we only found out later in an 8K after the fact. So it is very possible that those shares will not necessarily convert tomorrow unless if it is part of a larger deal. The notes are intertwined with everything else and until the dust settles they like everything else are a moving target.
