I never said 100:1, but if took 100:1 to meet the NASDQ requirements, we would indeed be in trouble. A lot needs to happen before any RS would occur and it really isn't relevant. Let's see what the next couple of weeks bring. If there is an acquisition in the works of the magnitude Dadon was talking, we longs will all be smiling. If done right and at the right price, it solves a lot of problems in the near term.
