Zadie technically we are only shareholders of a public company as where if ROKU took equity stake in NTEK its considered a Investor partnership.
I do agree the way they worded it.... it sounds like a slap in the face and unprofessional and could’ve been worded differently.
I don’t see NTEK going private. I wouldn’t want to be in Dave or Jeff’s shoes if that happens
