Dont know how long you have been following SFOR. Most here have been around for at least 1year. I have been here since March 2016.
There are so many things that can launch the share price. But for now we are on a holding patern as the pros out weigh the cons, at this moment. We need confirmation via 8-k or press release. The next two weeks to two months should be packed with PR's as per Kays past coments.
