i think they have a plan but for some reason it is being delayed. I am certain DF does not want to be put under the legal spotlight again because if this thing should fail many questions will be asked. Long term investors will demand answers...will not be a cozy situation to be deposed to explain certain actions if this plan does not come to fruition. I am not concerned.
