Do you know of any reason why people have legally shorted IPIX at this point in time to the tune of 1.2MM? I would have thought they would cover at the CUSIP change and move on to greener pastures. As for holding a short position now, it seems like they are playing Russian Roulette and the trigger has been cocked 4 times already.
