I'll give 52:48, 52 being the dismissal, just a tad more.
This is also from being/had been in several patent plays.
Patent lawsuits are not slam dunks.
Especially the defendants are well known and large corporations.
Often there seemed to be no justice in many rulings i have seen.
This PTAB decision will be the nearest catalyst in either direction for our pps
since i don't expect any settlement before the decision, why would they, i wouldn't.
I know, we all are anxiously waiting.
