If you present the daily data as is, I have no problem. I'm sure everyone here knows how to do a simple division to get the %. When you add X% is short sales, I have a problem because those are volumes to process short sales, not the actual short sales.
I also disagree that naked shorts didn't need to cover when CTIX became IPIX. All shares have to be accounted for during a name/CUSIP change (ask Leo). I understand why you have to insist otherwise because it'll prove your naked shorting theory wrong.
Where did you see that shorts need to cover after uplist? I'm not saying it's wrong. I'm just curious...
