ORRV I was doing some digging on the ticker and found out the reason it has not changed yet. the company they kicked out "NTS" on august 9th caused a 60 day delay for approval. The new cusip number they applied for takes 15 days to get approved that cost 1,000 dollars. Well what are the odds the 60 days and the 15 day waiting period ends on October 10th. hmmm. Also hearing that they will announce a very large contract of around 50 million dollars. The revenues projects for this company will be much higher than everyone thinks. My guess with that contract would place them over the 60 to 65 million revenue mark and not 5.5 million. Look for news on the contract this week if the client allows. There is a chance this stock could gap to .10 on its first official trading period.
