I just spoke to STEVE for literally a couple minutes.

We both agreed to do a longer Q&A later today when we both have the time.

Here are quick answers to questions I got yesterday from the board.

STEVE will do a conference call with shareholders in early NOV.

STEVE is talking to his attorney today about putting out an 8K summarizing last 2 months

STEVE IS NOT the guy from OHIO convicted by SEC

FINRA delay is just the dialogue with his attorney and FINRA on all the complexities, everything moving along so far as planned.
