No it is the fact that your personal quote added to your post is misleading and many believe intentionally! These are not accumulated short positions as you seem to try and insinuate! MM have to keep the market moving and sometimes trades happen milliseconds apart, that would cause them to show in these numbers. To continually insist that naked shorts are attacking is insane... especially since you said they didn't have to cover after the name and cusip change... That would have given them a free out because all shares have to be brought in accounted for before the switch. Why would they get back in knowing they haven't been able to take the company down, they would have bailed and ran to an easier target, why tie millions of dollars up into a stock that is not doing anything??? No reason , plain and simple! I will continue to thumbs down because of your added quote!
