again mgmt (CEO) opined and articulated about both the BoD and AGM (if memory serves) back in 2014 .. and then again in 2016 (can't remember if
either got a mention in 2015) .. so clearly it's been noted .. but neither have
been executed .. which then brings us to what can be done about that by
actual investors ..
speaking strictly for myself .. i can check off numerous emails sent to mgmt
on the subject
i doubt i am alone in those endeavors
