I live in San Jose and drive by the Nanotech offices almost daily. I have stayed silent for awhile because when I first mentioned on this site where I live I was overwhelmed by request and demands, with one person telling me that I owed it to the fellow shareholders to go knock on the doors of the offices and demand to know what was going on. I have seen some cars in the parking lot on the south side of the building next to the roll up doors on occasion but unfortunately the last month or so there have been no cars other than the homeless and the boat engine repair shop that is next door.
I contacted IR back in August asking for a tour of the office to learn more about Nanotech and recieved a reply a few hours later from David Foley. We scheduled a date for the beginning of September which he had to cancel and we rescheduled it for the following Thursday. David emailed me the day before the scheduled 2nd meeting and he said that he was in the middle of changing offices and would get back to me to schedule another day to meet.
As of this time a I have not heard from David nor have I contacted him.
From what I have been reading I think it is safe to assume that the offices are being moved to a new location.
No, I will not knock on the door and I am waiting for David to contact me. I made the decision to invest in this company with the full knowledge it was a struggling small company with a lot of potential. I find it is more important for David and the company to focus on the business and righting the ship than sending daily notes saying the same thing over and over again.
With lawsuits that are not settled it is better to say nothing than something that can be twisted and used agaisnt you.
Patience is a virtue. If you dont agree get out and buy another stock.
