IMO..21 million is beyond the means of a toxic lender to put up.
In the grand scheme of things, to most people and companies.....that's a lot of money.
Whoever put it up, read NTEK's business plan, found it sound and decided the investment was worth the risk.
And who knows whats up with the rest of the players and the rest of the 500mil investment.
A bunch of people have a plan here. It will be interesting to see the whole thing spelled out.......
