Horseshit. I was born on the planet where the U.S. First Amendment guarantees the right to protest regardless of who it offends.
So you've misstated my view of protest by likening it to yours.
But let me re-word the clause to your liking:
You OK with it now? I wonder WHY it wasn't worded that way?
Here's the salient difference. I don't NEED to either legislate against or suppress everything that offends me. That's not how it works in a free society.
I'm not a Nazi supporter and I don't support the conservative gov. crack down in Catalonia either.
I deplored the violence in Charlottesville but I'm not ignorant enough to equate the Nazis and the KKK with Antifa. And I sure as shit do not think there were many 'fine people' among the Nazi and KKK marchers.
Antifa did not drive a car into a crowd.
You're right, I do not believe in the 'deep state' as you broadly define it, much less do I attach some conspiratorial omnipotence to it.
You drop a lot of 'that's what THEY want you to believe' in your posts.
I'm not the helpless one who believes in conspiracy theories that are unsupportable by evidence.
