We don't really know it could be considered the main office anymore with the workload shift.

It may also still be under lease with a penalty for breaking it.

If it's under utilized they should definitely give it up when it makes sense to do so to save costs.

Maybe they've stopped using it because people would show up without making a an appointment to visit first.
