I think we have a 21mil catalyst.
It''s yet to be determined the degree of impact that will have on the situation, creating the uncertainty we're experiencing.
Unless NTEK does something really screwed up, I think the impact will be positive.
The court cases seem to have definitely screwed up the Critical Path on the PERT chart, and we don't have an understanding of the other hold ups.
We also don't understand the relationship being developed between NTEK and the other entities involved with 500mil monetary investment on the table.
Except for a few bits of information we don't know exactly what NTEK's role will be.
Will NTEK remain an independent company ? Will it be absorbed into a larger, completely new organization ?
A lot of questions we'd love to have answers to. Lets hope we can get some solid info soon.......
