If they do file the Q "on time" it will show over 550,000,000 shares and buried deep in it they will just show several thousand dollars "towards an acquisition".
Absolutely no PRs, absolutely no new revenues, absolutely nothing concrete.
The card game will just continue on and more shares will be DILUTED.
And a possibility of them talking about a reverse split or authorizing more shares.
