Then once they reach their ONE BILLION shares outstanding they will either authorize more or do a reverse split and start all over.
In the meanwhile NO JUSTIFICATION for where all this money is going. There are no acquisitions, no contracts, no mergers, NOTHING. Nothing at all to do a public press release which is required BY LAW within 72 HOURS.
