That 10% is VERY OLD.
Have you not done the math on what that 500 MILLION SHARE DILUTION was worth yet ABSOLUTELY NOTHING OUT OF IT, NOTHING WORTHY OF A PR.
All they talk about was a few ten thousand here and there "towards acquisitions". Yet a whole lot more money was made by some people.
How dirty are John Matthews hands this time? You do realize he was fined by the SEC for stock fraud in the past, right?
