jrf30 also disappeared and went dark.
jrf30 also knew of the private placement so appears ROBERT REYERS aka Stradle also "leaked" it to him.

And it is 100% clear a huge dilution came here, how is that not "material news' wherein the company by SEC RULES must disclose this within SEVENTY TWO HOURS. Is John Matthews truly insulated from this or did he have his hands dirty?
