If I were so unfortunate as to need Bril-OM, I can guarantee you that not only would I follow the rinsing schedule, I'd see if my doctor would prescribe more so I could use it 4 times a day.

Being able to prevent OM without systemic exposure -- would be fantastic. Sure hope that the final results are as good as the preliminary ones.
