It looks to me they put out a fake PPM to suck people in then all they did was use that to dilute the stock, that dilution is 100% fact.
So a YEAR now and a HALF BILLION SHARES, do the math how much money that is, yet nothing is LEGALLY SIGNIFICANT about that to have to LEGALLY inform shareholders (ie a PR)???
How can JOHN MATTHEWS continue to dump stock via dilution and not put out any type of news?
