I believe Bill said that fell through, and/or they had to reevaluate it. I also think TPAC has gone into proxies for business development during reconstruction, and no PRs will be released..someone correct me if I am wrong.

At this point our best bet is to wait for the 10Q, which is unfortunately overdue, not sure what's going on there. I'm thinking maybe Bill wanted to make sure the share count is 100% accurate from all the conversions
