Alright...I was asking if people were going to blow their wad on senseless items. Personally I have cars already that I would use the money to pay off, and reinvest the rest. A house is not a depreciating asset which is one that I mentioned as well. Nobody jumped all over the guy a while back when he mentioned a fancy car or how he was getting closer to it.
