PTOI hasn't produced any results since inception, eight and a half years ago. The share price dropped from a high of $7.00 when investors thought results were just around the corner...down to the current $0.0083. I doubt "colluding entities" bid jumping had anything at all to do with driving the price down to 1/800th of its high. PTOI itself and its inability to deliver on any of the representations it made to shareholders, are to blame for investors selling off its shares.
